Could Someone Give me Advice for Automating IT Processes with Atera?
Hello there,
I have recently started using Atera for IT management, and I am loving the range of features it offers. However, I am looking to get more out of it by automating as many processes as possible to save time and improve efficiency.
So far, I have set up automated patch management for a few client devices and basic alerts for common system issues. While these have been helpful, I feel like I am just scratching the surface of what Atera can do in terms of automation.
What are some of your go-to PowerShell or Python scripts for automating tasks? Any recommendations for where to find or how to create custom scripts?
Are there any tips for setting up profiles that work efficiently across multiple clients with varied needs?
Also, I have gone through this post; https://community.atera.com/discussion/10/what-would-you-like-to-see-atera-and-chatgpt-devops-next which definitely helped me out a lot.
How do you set up alerts and reports to minimize noise but still catch the critical issues?
Thanks in advance for your help and assistance.

Heya, welcome to the community!
Search around the community for previous posts, and also look at the upvotes as a parameter in the shared script libraryIf you're interested in the how-to of alerts set up, I also recommend the different onboarding webinars (depending on if you're an ITD or MSP).
