Transition to the new Agent Page on January 14th

We recently sent an email to customers that had the old Agent Page view, I added the relevant links to the KB article to learn more from the documentation so you can benefit more from the new features:

We’re writing to let you know that the old Agent Page will be deprecated on January 14th, 2025, and only the new Agent Page will be available moving forward.

The new Agent Page provides an upgraded viewing experience and includes new features to streamline your workflow, such as widget customization and an updated activity log view. We recommend making the transition now to ensure a seamless shift before the old page is retired.

As always, even though it's not a new update per se, I'd still like to hear your thoughts.
