End User Training

Would it be possible to have an integration between Atera and an end-user security awareness company? (Such as InfoSec, Ninjio, etc.)

Does anyone use any End-User training providers? If so, what do you like/dislike? How is the pricing?

I am using https://www.hornetsecurity.com/en/ which can be connected to O365.

The training is mainly focussed on email attacks incl. attachments, links, phishing etc.
Users will get simulated attacks which they can either report or maybe be tricked. Based on what the user does he ranks a level higher or not. In case he fails in some part (e.g. clicking a link in an email) he has to do a training just for this case.

As higher the level as more difficult to identify.

The trainings in German are very good - short but on spot. And the email simulations are also very tricky.
I do not have experience with their english courses.

And the good point is - me as an admin can see how many people have been tricked, what the level of the user is and what the development of the employees is. This is very nice to present to the CEO to demonstrate the changes within the company.

The price is fair. It is not cheap but for what you get it is really fair and pays out after some time.
I am not sure if I am allowed to share prices but you can become a partner quite easy. :)

What kinda integration are you thinking of?
I'll play the devil's advocate here - how would the integration benefit your end users over simply using the vendor platform?

I'd gladly make the case with our app center team, but I feel I may be missing the value.

    Hi @gilgi ,

I think the main point would be the integration of the administrative UI into Atera.

At this moment I do have many different vendors and products I deal with.
Atera is my RMM so this is nearly always open in a tab. But there are many other solutions also open in a tab or as a webbrowser favorite.
I need to authenticate for each service, have different user interfaces etc.
If I could link the service with Atera and then see basic information and perform basic tasks directly from within the Atera UI this would be a huge improvement.

Last month I've been on the Fal.Con Europe and one of your competitors did show the integration with CrowdStrike.
Within the RMM solution you had to enter some API data to establish the connection. Afterwards you could see potential detections and perform very basic actions on it directly from within the RMM.
If you want to go into detail you could click a button which opens a new tab in which you are forced to login to CrowdStrike.
Btw. the other RMM did allow to integrate CrowdStrike even without purchasing it via the RMM.
You won't earn money with that app directly but for each company it would be much more difficult to change the RMM again as Atera would be really the central point of management.

    Just a very basic improvement:
If we could add own links in the Atera menu which either opens the website in an "iframe" or as a separate tab then everything is at one place. This would make life so much easier. :-)
