How Has Atera Improved Your Workflow Efficiency?

Hello everyone! I am curious to hear more about your experiences with Atera.

How has Atera impacted your day-to-day tasks and overall workflow?

Are there specific features that you find particularly useful?

Are there areas where you think they could improve?

    I love the See tickets by ‘product’ (if specified in the ‘Product Family’ ticket field) on the dashboard. We have spent a lot of time building out our Product Family and types to help determine where time is spent and on what, allowing us to track trends and determine what we can automate.

    What drives me nuts is that when you select one of the entries on the list, it brings you to the tickets, but the tickets are not sorted to those under that product this month. It's just the full list of closed tickets.

    When I select Printer, for instance, the ticket list should only show me tickets that were labeled under the printer product family for this month. Not all my closed tickets. This seems like it could be an easy fix for much better functionality.
