Atera reboot configuration doesnt happen anywhere on time

Ive been using Atera close to 2 years. At first, this policy worked great. All my end points restarted within 10 min of the command's start time. As of today, my endpoints have a 30 min wait from when it triggered to when they see the restart. Except for one that seems to wait for 3 hrs after. I also account for those offline and how they get the commands later. I just dont understand why they take so long to be received now.
