“Learn continually. There’s always ‘one more thing’ to learn!”
- Steve Jobs

Over the past few months, a fantastic team has been hard at work creating the Atera Academy. This educational program is designed with the Atera community in mind, offering you and your team powerful resources to not only enhance your understanding of the Atera platform, but also gain deeper insights into the "how" and "why" behind the tech of IT management.
Of course, it’s entirely *free*!

What’s in it for you?

Accelerated onboarding

With structured, on-demand learning paths, new users can quickly get up to speed, reducing the time it takes to become proficient with Atera. This allows customers to start leveraging the platform’s full potential from day one.

Continuous skill development

The Academy encourages continuous learning, enabling you to stay updated with the latest features, IT trends, and best practices.

Enhanced operational efficiency

By following structured learning paths and modules, you can streamline your daily operations, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize resource management, directly impacting your productivity and bottom line.

We’re launching with four courses:

1. Self-onboarding for ITD
2. Alert Threshold Profile
3. Streamline Support: Help Desk and Ticketing
4. IT Automations: Patch Management

Sign up today and encourage your team members as well! We also recommend adding our courses as part of your onboarding process for new team members.

We really want you to succeed and invest in your education, so I’m throwing in a set of new community badges that you can earn by enrolling and completing the courses, and some courses will even earn you a shiny certificate for you to share on LinkedIn! 🤩

Exclusively access the Academy courses with your Atera platform credentials.
You’ll also find a new link under the ‘Resources’ navigation tab for easy access in the future!

Happy learning!
