Ticket comment deleting/converting
Hi All, does anyone know of a way (or an ongoing feature request (i have searched)) to delete ticket comments, or to convert them to internal comments ?
We've received, via an external email reply, inappropriate content into an ongoing ticket and we only have the option to delete the ticket.
It's good that tickets are protected from undue manipulation, but someone senior ought to have the power to selectively remove content by deleting or converting it to an internal comment.

There is no way to do either (delete or convert).

Thats what I thought was also informed of this by Support but sometimes us, the great-unwashed, find a way to do things that the developers don't intend.I've put a feature request in for this, if anyone fancies upvoting it please do.
