If you are considering integrating Webroot with your Atera RMM I would highly suggest you reconsider. Yes, it is convenient. But the billing headaches down the road will make you wish you had never done it. Trust me. I know.

    Leave me an email address and I will contact you directly if you want specifics. I'll just say we have been overbilled by a substantial amount for over a year with Atera placing the blame on us instead of taking care of it. We are moving on as I speak.

    The billing discripency with Webroot should have been refunded, however I've asked on of our nicest Customer Experience Managers to get in touch, please check your emails, she is an expert in billing and can help :)

    Haven't heard a word. Trust me, we will never do another integration with Atera.

    @accounts there was one refund made in Sept., I will need more info - please check DMs :)

    Please don't spend any more time on this. We have moved on and will not put any more effort in it. We have sent screen shots and evidence of the overbilling time and time again to little or no avail. Yes, there was one refund in September but this occurred over the course of a year plus (monthly billing).
