Internal Knowledgebase Permissions

I have a knowledge base setup within Atera for procedures. I want my technicians to be able to edit or add articles, however, they don't have permissions to do so. Only Admins have this right. I see no where to grant permissions to the knowledgebase for technicians. Not even Sudo Admin has this right. Am I missing something?
