Ticket Workflow based on Dates

I have a use case where I have to take two actions, which are date specific, within one request. The workflow is this - 1. Ticket is opened and includes a Start Date and End Date for when someone needs access to an application. On the Start Date a Tech needs to provision access. On the End Date a Tech needs to deprovision access. The Ticket status would be In Progress between the Start and End Dates. Once the Tech finished the deprovisioning on the End Date, they would close the Ticket. Any good ideas out there? thanks!
