Multiselect custom field type

Looking to create a custom ticket field that lets a user select multiple options. In this case it's AD groups i.e Software, Engineering etc. which would then save to an array, to be called by a powershell script that creates a user and adds them to the selected groups. Any chance of this happening?

    @justin Don't think that's possible. You are trying to have them fill out a ticket and based on the info selected that will run an automation to add the user to those groups? Is that what I am understanding correctly?

    from my initial check, it seems like a complex feature and not planned at this time, I've added it in my community product feedback reporting along with your details in case the product team will have questions.
