Problems with Access Cards

Hi!
I have two lots of AccessPRO cards for a controlled entrance; 051 and 052. All the cards from the 051 lot are working, and none of the 052 cards are. I am using the AxTraxNG software to make the registration for the cards and the users, all the same way, but for some reason, the 052 cards just won't open.
I already tried deleting some cards and users from the 052 lot and trying again, but its still not working
Any advice?

Hey, I checked with support and this is not related to the Atera agent.
It might be a hardware issue, any other IT expert here with a clue how to resolve?0
