Tickets from Non client emails

So.

Client 1 has new web developer - dev works outside the organisation.

builds website.

wants us to implement DNS changes.

sends email to our ticket queue, however, since the email address is not tied to the customer, I want to move the ticket to the client and have the responses go back to originator instead of client contact.

can this be done without adding this person as a contact?
