Updating / changing tickets
Hey all,
I just found out on the hard way that it is not possible to update comments once these are sent.
It is possible to "unmark" a ticket as solution but it is not possible to mark a ticket as solution once the comment is made.
How do you use the ticketing system? I am just thinking if you put an internal comment by accident.
