Do you use Cynet?

Hello!

One of our clients has been approche and pitch cynet. They say that it is the best in the world lol, very aggressive.

I see that Atera is offering it but it is pricy and seem to be in the same class as S1 and CroudStrike but with less recognitio ( beside last week for crowdstrike…).

What to you guys think?

    Hey,

    I do not have experience with CyNet so cannot judge on it.
    I do have experience with CrowdStrike and I am very happy. It takes a bit of time till you get used to it and you shall plan time for your own training but when you know the product then it is very good.

    Indeed CrowdStrike had a very serious incident which caused a lot of extra work. This did happen and cannot be undone. You will not find a product without bugs - the question is just "how big is the impact and how does the company deal with it"
    The impact for CrowdStrike's customers was huge and CrowdStrike, from my point of view, did deal very positive with it informing their partners, keeping them updated and still taking actions to never let this happen again.

    Therefore I would still recommend it.
