Customised Dashboard on Big Screen through API

Dear Members,

I would like to setup a big screen in the support office showing some statistics on the support agents mainly:

1 - The total time each individual agent spent on tickets during that day

2 - The total amount of tickets each individual agent closed during that day

These should reset daily. Did anyone every do this through the API?

On another note, these can be used for metrics for KPIs. Does any have any KPI templates using metrics from Atera?
