API ticket creation

Anyone else using the API to create tickets?
We were using it perfectly until it broke last week, and support have been hopeless in understanding the issue.
Just wondered if anyone else has had issues? It just hangs/times out when trying to create the ticket. Other elements of the API are working fine however.

It could be any number of things. Working fine here.
