Possible failed update

Hello all, two of our endpoints showed offline in Atera this morning, but the actually weren't. The agent service wasn't running, but it was also missing from the list of services so it couldn't be started.

Both endpoints updated the Atera agent on April 24, but have been running fine until this morning.

Both machines are running Windows 10, Build 19045.4291

Any ideas? Thanks.
