No email on new tickets

Hi, I'm no receiving any email when a user creates a new ticket, where i can check the notification options because I'm not able to see it.

    You can use our Ticket Automation Rules to help you do this.

    Check out our commonly used ticket automation rules , if you scroll down you can see specifically how to get an email when a new ticket is created.
