Hello everyone…

I need some help.

I have the Deep Freeze Enterprise version. The computers are controlled by a server. I have a couple of related questions.

I'm trying to thaw a frozen computer using the DFC command. I tried the PS and Command prompt methods but still get an error message "Ineternal error executing command". I have logged in using Admin credentials. I went through the troubleshooting at the Faronics and Atera websites. Still unsuccessful at thawing using DFC.exe.

Any in-site or thoughts?

Second part is - if you were successful at thawing > updating > freezing. How do you manage the changing node value and password.
