What IT documentation software are you using?

We are currently using Hudu, and in my opinion, it is far superior to ITGlue from Kesaya.

Are you using Hudu or ITGlue? Do you use Atera's knowledge base? Or do you use something else?

If you do use Hudu and want to see better integration between the two products, upvote them at Atera and Hudu:

We use Hudu, we find it better than any alternative we have looked at, including IT Glue. It would be a valuable integration for Atera. Hudu claim they have an integration with Atera on their site, however this is not listed on Atera's own list of integrations. Would Atera be prepared to show more commitment to Hudu?

    Haven't used Hudu before.

IT Glue was pretty nice once you got used to it, but definitely has its quirks and shortcomings.
Also, it feels gross to give Kaseya any money because of how they act and treat their partners.
