I want to know how to make a rule, policy or something similar that when I find 2 devices in the area with the same serial number, delete the oldest one and leave the most recent one. type that duplicates are not generated when the atera is reinstalled.

    Hey @Octus , Sarah from Atera here.

    At the moment, there is no way to create such a policy within Atera at this time.

    As a workaround, you can generate an auditor report and export it as excel, then find devices with matching serial numbers and remove the oldest one. This can also be done using the Advanced Reports feature.
