Quick question what do you use the timesheet option for (time spent completing timesheets?

@scott We use it internally for technician timesheets. This way, a tech can put time that isn't logged on client tickets, like internal projects and training. We also have one client who has a contract with us as a dedicated technician on-site 40 hours a week. We have all the time recorded in that timesheet ticket for that client. We rotate which tech is there each week. So, that ticket is used for each tech to record what was done each day.
