    Most of these are pretty fantastic.

    I think that IT Crowd should be required homework for anyone coming into this field of work…
    My top 3 in that list would be: IT Crowd, Parks and Rec, and Futurama

    Would also like to throw in a couple suggestions of "The Good Place" and "What we do in the shadows"

    The strangest/best thing about the IT Crowd is that no matter what level of IT Support you're in, almost every single episode will have something you can relate to.

    Matt Berry's performance will forever be nothing less than legendary in that show. Especially his introduction scene.
