Speed and login issues with site

Any one else having problems with page refresh ? Everything is so slow, its taking 3 minutes to get a refresh of tickets etc. I have tried loging in on a different browser and machine but it is the same.

Also tried to raise a support ticket but getting an error when trying to log into the support portal:-

    Also when searching for a machine I get the you are not authorized to perform this action message.

    Still no improvement. Logged out of Atera, cleared cache etc but now cannot log back in:-

    @derek I have been having this issue for 3 weeks now. Still happening today for me.

    Hi @tanderson ,

    for me it does work fine at the moment.
    Do you encounter the issue at a specific timeframe or random over the day?

    @Matthias Every time I log in I get the "you are not authorized to perform this action" error. And the device tab will not load unless I got to a separate tab first and then come back. I have used different browsers, cleared cache/cookies, and different computers all the same issue.

    @tanderson I just gave it a try in Firefox Incognito and can't confirm the issue on my side.
    The device overview (it did display the old view and asked to go to the new view which I also clicked) did work without issues so doesn't look like to impact all.

    Maybe it is down to your tenant or the amount of data you are having stored in your tenant.
    I hope Atera can find the culprit.

    @Matthias Looks like it was resolved for a bit yesterday afternoon, but back at it again this morning.

    We did experience some issues on November 3rd. Is anyone still experiencing issues?
