I'm here to invite you to a workshop that I'm hosting. It's one of the very first initiatives to focus on the hands-on experience with one of the most powerful PSA features we have.
What we'll do:
Build production-grade Analytical reports in Atera: hardware, software compliance, SNMP OIDs, ticket KPIs and automate delivery in 60 minutes, no fluff. The workshop is designed for admins and power users, this hands-on deep dive gives you reusable patterns, field maps, and scheduling tricks, with clear notes on plan requirements and giving you the answers to Analytical Reports UI specifics.
I will share best practices that I've acquired during my time in Professional Services so you can put this knowledge to good use and eliminate the knowledge gaps which any BI tool that I know of brings.
