Network Bandwidth alert for computer that has been turned off
Hi,
An alert caught my eye that WS4, "The Network Bandwidth 11,193.14 MB for adapter Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller is greater than the threshold of 90.00 MB". I almost deleted it out of reflex, but I was at the office yesterday at 7pm and I made sure the workstations were all turned off due to some bad weather in the area. The above alert is dated today. So a workstation that has been turned off since last night at around 6pm is generating GBs of data??? I searched for other instances of this and I see them back as far as April when we implemented Atera as well as other computers that have likely been turned off since COB on Friday. Can anyone explain or help me understand this alert?
Thanks,
Jeff

I have similar issues with devices that are showing offline, yet will send a bandwidth use alert all weekend or over night. It is usually a laptop or tablet that is in sleep mode. You can't snooze it due to it slightly changes each time. You can't stop the atera services because it is offline.

I'll double check, but all of our machines have sleep mode turned off when on A/C power and at least one of the machines should be a desktop. Going on vacation on Monday, so it will be next week before I'm onsite again. If anyone else has seen this, any info would be appreciated.
