Notification upon ticket priority change not possible?

We have had multiple times where a client creates a ticket and then changes the priority of the ticket.

There seems to be no way in Atera to get notification if a ticket becomes Critical or High.

Is that correct that this simple thing is not available? A chat with support seems to indicate that it is not currently possible.

    Heya,

    support are very knowledgable with the product - it's not possible atm, which means that this is a feature request.
    You're welcome to open one, and I'm also logging this from my side.
