Hello
How do you monitor Veeam Backup & Replication backup jobs in Atera?
This is to have an alert when a job is in error on a server?

    Heya, consulted with our support who mentioned the following —

    We don't have a built in feature to monitor Veeam backups.
    However, if the backups create events within Event Viewer, you can monitor them using Threashold profile, the Events items.

    I managed to do a powershell script with a dedicated error code return. It it possible de generate an alert status with this code ?

    Indeed, with the Event Viewer, it's quite simple to monitor Veeam events.

    Here are my monitoring items regarding Veeam Backup.
    That's right, Veeam use events so it's quit easy to monitor :

    VEEAM BACKUP & REPLICATION : BACKUP FAILED

    VEEAM BACKUP & REPLICATION : LICENCE EXPIRED

    VEEAM AGENT : BACKUP FAILED

    Some other events should be great to monitor in specific use-cases.
