Chat Function

Can anyone else not start a chat with a client computer? Or can the client's computer not start a chat with the technician?
No one in our organization can start a chat with a computer (not remoted in), and the end user computer can not start a chat with us. This has been the case since we have used Atera. It just hasn't been a big deal, and that is why I haven't troubleshot it until today.
I do have a ticket open with support. I'm just wondering if this is a widespread issue. Also, if it does work for you, are you on the app2.atera.com portal?

Let us know if you were able to resolve!Edit - Support should get back to you shortly, I don't understand the issue fully, but they have the solution.
