Hi,

I am now starting to create my knowledgebase for my customers but it seems that the functionality to embed HTML is not existing anymore. I somehow had in mind that this did exist as I was playing with it while being in demo.

I would like to use it for embedding some videos for my customer.

Do you know if the HTML part needs to be enabled somewhere or if there is an alterantive to embed a video?

    Hi @Matthias , Sarah from Atera here.

    This is a great feature request, as this is not something that we currently offer on the platform.

    In the meantime, you can add a link in the KB to the relevant video.

    thanks for the quick reply. Adding a Link is not that userfriendly.
    Do you know if there is any workaround by e.g. embedding an iframe or so?

    I am very happy to tweak it somehow on my side as long as it is userfriendly for the enduser as otherwise they won't use it.

    I suggest that you open a feature request for this, as right now there is no way to embed.
