Preview updates from Microsoft

We need a way to exclude these. My clients should not be included in Microsoft's "previews" (read: beta tests). Please give us a way to exclude all previews or exclude by keyword.

    I have added two commands to create a .ps1 file on how to defer preview updates.
    It defers the update for 182 days but change as you like.

    The first is if you're running a Windows Server and makes changes to the Group Policy Editor there.

    The second is for clients that are not connected to a Windows Server and you are pushing the .ps1 to the computers directly.
