Terminal server - Read client device names

I have a terminal server here.
Unfortunately, I can only see the user names under "User Activity"...
Does anyone have an idea for a Powershell script with which you can not only read out the users, but also the associated client device names? And that in a table?!?!?
#State - Username - Last User Activity - Client-Name
