    My name is Ed. I own an MSP and we have a few hundred endpoint. We have been using Atera for a few years and it seems to work well for us.

    I want to talk to Atera who are able to grow their MSP using Atera. I want to know what KPIs you use. How do you organize your company. How do you recruit customers and do you have a customer profile you look for.

    In Short, I am an technician that needs to learn how to run an MSP.
