atera agent ; there is a problem with this windows installer package.

We get this error when we try to install it with an administrator account. We tried many settings but it didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

@hikmet.akdemir I would reach out to support. I have not seen this error before and just tested a new installation file which had no issue.

@hikmet.akdemir as silly as this sounds, make sure that your AV/Cybersec platform isn't flagging the processes necessary for install. But, also as @cjeffers mentioned, contact support.
