    Am I right that 1 SOS license is free of charge? In my App center the price is shown as 0.00€
    Or is this just for the trial?

    When you started your trial for Splashtop SOS, an error mistakenly showed that this add-on was €0. >However, this product is priced at €18 per license per month, with one license covering up to 10 technicians.
    As you are still in the trial period, you can cancel at any time if the pricing is not suitable for you.

    Pricing part (wording )is confusing. Its says " 1 SOS license is included for every 10 techs in your account" this can imply that if you have 10 tech liceneses you will get 1 free SOS license. But I think that is not true. I think for every 10 tech licenses you need to get 1 SOS license.
    Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Hi Sandeep - Each (purchased) license includes access for up to 10 technicians. This means that if you have 11-20 technicians you'd need 2 licenses, and so forth. Apologies for the confusion!
